Spring is coming? I hope

It's still a bit too cold to work in my studio....I'm waiting for spring!

New work...a journal in an Altered Book

I decided to make something for myself for a change. Here is a 2page spread in a journal I started a feww weeks ago. I have never journaled before...let alone share it with anyone.....but these are not very personal pages so here they are....

How do the rest of you feel about journaling...do you think it is a way to get creative? I'm sure it is a way for some folks to 'heal' after a traumatic experience.......what do you think?

Well, I've completed another 'goth'. I also put this in my 'technique book', I used modeling paste for the hair and the background was layered papers.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS ALL. My art room is too cold now to work in so, I probably won't be making anything much for a few weeks until I get a heater. I received some very nice gifts this year and got together with friends. TTFN

hAPPY hOLIDAYS TO ALL. I have opened a store on EBAY called THE COLLAGEBOX...Take a look! Many of the items there are NOT my artwork but good deals nontheless.
Also, another artist friend of mine and myself have our altered art on display at The Howell Township Library in NJ...I will take a better picture and post it soon. We are offering workshops in Altered Art and hope to do a few throughout Ocean County, NJ.
