Where do i find inspiration

I have been in a little bit of a 'creative funk" lately. I found inspiration in looking through some magazines at a friend's house today. I also read a few blogs that touched on the subject of "non creative days" . A few artists suggested that you should go to your studio and work...everyday whether you feel like it or not, change format, change your palette, make art bigger or smaller than what you are used to.....So, tomorrow, i am off to the studio after work and I will try to create something I am happy with....until then....

Halloween Card

Thanks Stacey for your compliment. I LOVE Halloween, its one of my favorite holidays....lots of opportunity for art. The house in the background is from a Dover book of images. I really want to make a few more. I'll post them when they are done.

Bermuda

Well, I finally dumped my pics from Bermuda on a disk. I hope to do some work from them. I will post a few as soon as i can. Bermuda is GORGEOUS...talk about inspiration!

New work

i have been working on Somerset suibmissions. I just made "memeory Spools' for possible submission in Somer set memories. I will post pics as soon as I get them back. i also got the book, 1,000 journals and it is great!

Seaside Heights NJ

This Spring we took a 'photo excursion' to Seaside Heights, NJ...just about 20 minutes from home. The boardwalk rides were still closed, so were the game booths. The carousel, however is open all year. This carousel is one of the oldest in NJ nd it is indoors. The artwork on these animals is awesome and I plan on making a collage with these photos soon.
