Swap

I haven't done an art swap in a longtime so, I am looking for players for an envelope swap. I've done these before and the envelopes we have swapped out are WONDERFUL..too pretty to actually mail..but I have used almost every one I have received. Details:
Make 6 envelopes, receive 6 back. Envelopes can be no larger than 6" X 9".

You can use any type of paper you would like (I've even made envies out of magazine pages!)

Embellish...but remember some folks like to actually use these so keep in mind that they have to be able to fit through the Post Office sorting machines

Think outside the box! be creative!

Along with your envelopes I just ask that you send a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope for your return envies. Just add the same amount of postage that it cost you to send them to me.

When you send me an email I will send you my address off this blog.

If we keep this due date we should have our envelopes by the holidays!

Halloween is just around the corner

Halloween is just around the corner...and I'd like to hear some of your favorite decorating ideas.....I'm always looking for a new twist for the holiday. Id love some mew tasty treat recipes, or outdoor decorating ideas. Last year I didn't do anything too out of the ordinary but since Halloween is one of my favorite holidays...i reall want to do it up this year. I'll find a few of my favorite treats and post them this weekend.

My theme this year may be " bats and cats". with a few pumpkins....I have alot of plush for Halloween too.......
